  12. its probably not a good idea to buy the new Sportster WINMODEM but
  13. for the hell of it ill post the annoucement here.

  15. the new sportster winmodem requires WINDOWS or WINDOWS 
  16. or windows 3.11

  18. usr is field testing the modems and will take orders as of january
  19. 2 1996 and sell the modems for $99, the first 200 orders are free.

  21. orders have to be placed on the usr's bbs at 1 708 982 5092 and
  22. type WINMODEM at the main menu. (see bulletin #5 for info)

  24. again i dont reccomend you buy one, go for the more expensive sporster
  25. , vi ,dsvd or courier models instead.
